My Chamberlain’s speech at college last night after St Valentine’s Day dinner  (red meat, red wine, and dark chocolate under a full moon) drew on a number of sources with entwined themes of Oxford, rivers, flooding, love, lost innocence,  mass suicide and data management. Thank you to those kind enough to send me notes this morning, I am indebted to others for inspiration.

Here are the sites I cited. I’m having an essay crisis’ on tumblrResearch Data Management at Oxford blog; ‘Zulieka Dobson’ by Max Beerbohm; ‘Living with Rivers’ research at Kellogg Centre for Creative Writing.
