Latest release of the Behaviour Composer generates better NetLogo code

This release combines the code generated by a user’s model with the contents of the ‘auxiliary’ file of NetLogo commands and reporters needed by the Behaviour Composer. The NetLogo commands corresponding to micro-behaviours are now given names so that they appear at the top of the list of NetLogo procedures. ‘Dead code’ is now discovered and removed from the generated NetLogo reducing clutter and shrinking the size of the NetLogo files. Micro-behaviour descriptions are now inserted in the generated NetLogo commands as comments. Several other small improvements were made to the generated code.

Bugs fixed as well.
