Stakeholder Analysis

A key thing at the start of any community collection is to do a stakeholder analysis. Anna and I listed all the major stakeholders we wanted to contact, then considered the ‘message’ we wanted to get out to them, and finally the means to do this. We brainstormed this on a whiteboard (see above) and then began to divide up who would contact which group. Specific emails were then written aimed at the different stakeholders.
