books-1283923_1280There are some great tools around for keeping track of your research reading, annotating and organising your references and managing your collection of PDFs. They can even take care of correct citation and build your bibliography while you are writing your papers or dissertation chapters.

The Referencing series of courses will give you hands-on experience of some of the reference management tools that are popular at Oxford. Come along to try them out and receive expert guidance on how to use them efficiently.

All the courses take place from 9:15-12.15 in IT Services at 13 Banbury Road.

Note: We run separate versions of our EndNote versions on Mac and Windows. However, the software works in a similar way on both platforms, so if the course on your preferred platform is full, you’ll find that if you attend its counterpart on the other platform you’ll be able to transfer your knowledge and skills very easily.
