CONNECT PCs need to be upgraded to Office 2013.
PCs currently still running Office 2010 have been receiving daily messages to install the upgrade.
From 1st September these messages will occur every 4 hours, prompting you to either install the upgrade immediately or close all applications, restart the machine and run the upgrade from the Oxford Applications Installer.
Further information e.g. Outlook and passwords, personal templates and quick parts, can be found here:
http://help.it.ox.ac.uk/connect/usingconnect/applications#Office_2013.
Please note the upgrade can take upwards of 50 minutes to complete. When you are ready to run the upgrade we advise you to restart your PC first before continuing. Following the upgrade Outlook will automatically re-index your mailbox(s) and during this period searches may not retrieve all results however all other functionality will be available.

In the meantime please contact the Service Desk if you are experiencing this with the asset tag (P Number) of the printer and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.
